Key Responsibilities

  • Function as the HR advisor and partner to the business and stakeholders to plan, direct and implement HR operational functions and executions to consistently support the business requirements in achieving organisational goals and objectives, and ensuring compliance and consistency throughout the company.

Rewards:

  • Drive the implementation of remuneration packages (mix of fixed, variable and incentives) for specific job families to allow the business to attract, reward and retain successful employees who contribute to sales growth and profitability.
  • Reward strategies should be supported by insights and analysis of the job market and continuous review of the Reward and Performance Policy and Procedure.

Performance Management:

  • Support management needs and develop relevant long-term programs and strategies for implementation, including the necessary monitoring for PMS cycles, activities, milestones and communications.

Talent Management:

  • Support and implement talent management and development programs, facilitating succession planning strategy, programmes and initiatives to ensure business needs fulfilled.

Organization design:

  • Plan and implement manpower requirements to ensure optimisation of manpower that support current and future group strategies and business ventures.

Policies and procedures:

  • Continuous review and monitoring to ensure adoption of Group HR policies and procedures and ensure governance and controls are maintained and properly communicated.

Employee Relations:

  • Improve the Employee Engagement Index across the Leadership team and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
  • This includes building IR capabilities across the company to minimize exposure to violations of the Employment or IR Act.

Key Requirements

  • Min 5 years in Human Resource within areas of Human Capital Planning/Business Analytics/Human Capital Business Partner/Organisational Development/Human Capital Operations.
  • Able to work closely across all departments.
  • Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional service orientation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
