- Plan and execute a steady workflow of order management and planning
- Liaising with a variety of functions to compile, develop, validate and communicate production shipment plans and associated strategies;
- Essentially, you'll be assigned a set of planning products/processes, and make decisions about resources and inventory investments while also identifying business process enhancements, participating in their design and implementation;
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels;
- Interface with marketing, sales, production, finance, materials, logistics, customer service and contract manufacturers to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives;
- Use ERP system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc.;
- Establish and manage relationships with suppliers/partners;
- May be responsible for coordinating NPI, product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production;
- May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities;
- May partner with sales and marketing to develop factory support processes for direct/indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations;
- May need to analyst and project for shipment & revenue trend
- Determine and develop approaches to assignments;
- To lead production planning projects requiring coordination with other functions or third parties;
- Solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent (IT, Business Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Supply Chain Management, etc.);
- Typically, 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level;
- Require in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently;
- Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools and applications;
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a go-getting team.
