Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive Business Development

Summary:

Assistant Manager / Senior Executive , the position’s main responsibility is to support the Head of Business Development to ensure successful completion of projects and tasks under the Business Development Department.

Deliverables:

· To ensure new outlets opened on time.

· To achieve increase in sales and profitability by supporting franchisees through good relationship and support.

· To ensure franchisee adhere to company’s policies and guidelines

· To ensure satisfaction of brand partnership with all franchisees

Job Descriptions:

· Handle project management for New Outlets, Reinstatement, Expansion. This include but not limited to planning,

coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, landlords etc.

· To handle leasing related matters

· Conduct feasibility studies & prepare reports for potential locations

· To handle and qualify new franchise inquiries

· To support franchisees for continuous business improvement that could lead to increase in sales and profitability.

This is achieve by maintaining a good relationship with franchisee and to attend to their problems and feedback

on a timely manner.

· To be involved in other ad-hoc projects/tasks as and when assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate to possess at least a Diploma.

· Have exposure in FMCG or F&B

· Passionate about self development

· Applicants must be willing to travel outstation when needed.

· Applicants must possess own transport.

· Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

· Familiar with all MS Office Applications.
