Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
- Optimize sales opportunities and minimize revenue loss while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, policies, procedures, and profit protection measures.
- Manage stock efficiently, including overseeing deliveries, addressing shortages, and coordinating inter-store transfers.
- Foster a strong sales and service-oriented culture within the team and workplace.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
- Generate and submit timely sales and inventory reports to management.
- Oversee payroll administration for team members.
- Spearhead recruitment and training initiatives for sales staff, with a focus on part-time team members.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience in retail operations in a supervisory position with successful track record, in fashion/beauty retail industry
- Strong people management, excellent interpersonal skills and service oriented
- Applicants must be willing to work according to retail operation hours and on public holidays
- Proficient in MS Office and internet savvy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
