The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Job Scope

  • Liaise with relevant government agencies.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with members.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website and improve user experience.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Liaise with members and understand their issues.
  • Organise Webinars, Roundtables, and physical events, with other team members.
  • Attend internal council and external govt meetings and events when required.
  • Secretariat duties – administration of councils and some booking keeping involved.
  • Provide talking points, rebuttals, and policy recommendations on current issues when necessary.

We are looking for:

  • Possesses Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising or Media, Business Studies or Management, e-Commerce, Mass Communications Marketing or equivalent
  • Proficiency with advertising on various social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), LINE, Snapchat, TikTok, etc) and forums is preferred
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Good command in English and Chinese, good written and presentation skills
  • Capable of working independently, multitasking, and prioritizing workload
