  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field,Economics,Finance / Accountancy / Banking,Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably undefined specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
  • Strong understanding of banking, specifically in the electronic transactions area, being clear and up-to-date on the latest market trends, especially in credit management.
  • Preferably knowledge of monthly payment collection
  • Candidates from rental services/credit admin background is an added advantage.

Job Responsibility

Ability to make BRD / RFP documents to develop/improve the payment process.

Ensure all transactions for auto-debit are within the SLA as stated in the Quality Objectives.

Ensure direct credit transactions assigned are within the SLA as stated in the Quality Objectives.

Sorting & performing preliminary checks for auto-debit applications from time to time.

Handling of auto-debit daily / monthly reports.

Liaising with payment gateway personnel on matters related to auto-debit / direct credit.

Liaise with other departments on auto-debit/ direct credit matters via email and telephone.

Verify and register reject cases for Direct Credit with the bank.

Assist in supervising and close monitoring analysis with IT and Credit Management Team.

Involvement in any projects/initiatives as and when given by the management.

Any ad-hoc duties, reports, and projects as and when given by the management.

Manage the scheduling of deductions from banks for clients who utilize auto-debit payment systems, ensuring that timely payment (rental fee) is collected.
