  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our Client:

We are partnering with a US based MNC company that specialize in manufacturing food products. The company is looking for a Maintenance Manager as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

  • To delegate and follow any maintenance issues to be resolved
  • Ensure smooth operation of site and adhere to daily and weekly checks
  • Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with staffs
  • Create and implement a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, ensuring comprehensive maintenance activities are completed. Coordinate the team to ensure efficient delivery
  • Plan and optimize internal and external work schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize operational efficiency
  • Oversee regular calibration and maintenance of diverse electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues to resolution
  • Supervise on-site contractors to ensure adherence to legal and company standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical)
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar managerial role for at least 7 years
  • Working experience in manufacturing environment, FMCG or chemical or F&B industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
