  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Tasks:

  • Support recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate orientation session, meetings & taking dictation and minutes
  • To support overall HR department on special project assignments & ad hoc functions and events (e.g. career fairs)

Projects:

  • Support with planning and actively involved in execution of yearly HR Engagement Activities.
  • Assist with HR related digital improvement project (e.g. Be-savvy)
  • Assist with survey preparation and analysis for HR department
  • Support in employer branding project

Qualifications
  • Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resources/Business Administration/related fields.
  • Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Proficiency in Microsoft 365Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & automation)/ digital savvy, Strong English communication skill, Detail-oriented, Strong time-management abilities, Analytical skill, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, Proactive & eager to learn.
