What You'll Do On a Typical Day
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Oversee daily HR operations and manage employee records. Address and resolve employee queries and issues efficiently.
- Conduct thorough new hire orientations. Prepare and manage onboarding materials to facilitate smooth integration
- Monitor and process employee leave requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records
- Handle Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) registrations. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Manage work permit applications and renewals. Ensure timely submission and follow-up with relevant authorities
- Plan and implement employee engagement programs such as Diversity Day and team-building events. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office cleanliness. Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations. Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain and update HR management systems. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the performance appraisal process. Support employee development initiatives and training programs.

What You'll Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, regulatory compliance, and administrative coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HR & Payroll software such as SAP HR, Times Solution.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
