  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required

  • Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly

  • Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and, for native speakers, in their native language

Salary Package: RM 3,500 – RM 4,100 + RM500 (Compelxity Allowance) + monthly KPI up to RM800

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

Rotational Shifts (weekends & public holidays)
Monday to Sunday - 5 working days + 2 days off
24/7 working shift ( 8 hours + 1 hour break)

Degree – No Cs Experience

Diploma – No Cs Experience

High School – 2 years CS experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
