Role Summary

The role is responsible for developing strategic plans to execute marketing campaigns across various media channels. This role includes analyzing media campaign outcomes (both linear and digital), collaborating with clients to refine marketing objectives, and distributing advertising content to the most impactful media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and internal stakeholders (MBCS, Kinesso, Magna, Rapport) to develop media strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure that advertising messages align with appropriate media selections to meet client KPIs and communication objectives.
  • Assist in determining the most effective media mix based on client business nature, budget, and media preferences.
  • Help prepare proposals and cost schedules, ensuring timeliness.
  • Execute and monitor media campaigns, ensuring consistent and error-free campaign materials.
  • Analyze performance data from online and offline campaigns and provide insights for stakeholders.
  • Maintain records and generate periodic reports for assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated on media trends and apply them to campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, media platforms, and media owners.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time across different clients.
  • Conduct research using industry tools like AQX, CMV, GFK, GWI, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, and utilize basic planning tools such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Skills & Competency

  • Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or 1+ year of media planning experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data analysis, statistics, and mathematics.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and resources for information management (Excel, databases, etc.).
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, Outlook, PowerPoint).
