Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering. MBA in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
