RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is to assist in guest registration, guest check-out and cashiering. You are also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests. You must provide the efficient service to guests at the Front Desk and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in line with the standards of LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to communicate well in spoken and written English
  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin
  • Ability to speak other languages and local dialects is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in Opera would be an advantage
  • Able to work shifts including night shifts.
  • Good inter-personal and communications skills
  • Fresh candidates who are passionate and motivated will be considered
  • Position open only to Malaysian
