Job Summary:

Oversee and manage the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division.

Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies to achieve the Group’s strategy, growth, and profit objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth of existing accounts as well as establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers to achieve the assigned Sales targets.
  • Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned territories through prospecting, constant follow-up, strong sales techniques, and knowledge of the Company's products and services as well as the competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
  • Gain a full understanding of the market and competitive landscape and utilize this information to target new business opportunities.
  • Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects and truly understand their needs and/or concerns points.
  • Implement mission and key activities for After Market Sales growth in local country teams (forecasting, budgeting, sales growth, business development, etc.) along with consistent and effective sales execution.
  • Synchronize business priorities with Sales operations, Key Accounts, and Channel Sales. Propose and implement the definition of the M-I best practice, processes, and rules in direct or indirect liaison with sales activities to ensure consistent deployment of these approaches within the Operations in line with company strategy.
  • Lead and manage the team activities to deliver the Company Strategic Plan - sales, systems integration, and pre and post-sales support - all with a view of achieving and/or exceeding planned revenue, margin, and operating profit targets.
  • Work closely with the technical team members to address customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after post-sale.
  • Fully utilize and stay up to date with all CRM, funnel management, and forecast-related tasks.
  • Provide feedback to Company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater customer value by extending Company offerings.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns including research, advertising, and public relations.
  • Manage social media and web content.

  • Strong financial knowledge of dealing with financial buyers and making informed financial discussions that can help separate the Company from our competitors.
  • Ability to do budgeting and financial management.
  • Advanced level of leadership skills, interpersonal, communication, analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving.

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

Experience in management will be advantageous.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

The ability to work under pressure.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.

Understand and experience in managing social media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
