What you will responsible on the role:

To assists superior in daily purchasing operations including sourcing stainless steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery.
To ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements as stated in Purchase Order.
To monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods are delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specification.
To carry out price review activities for goods purchased.
To generate Purchase Order & related correspondences.
Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged items.
To monitor the inventory and delivery status.
To provide sales support and coordination work to sales department. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

What do you need to success in this role:

Possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any field.
1-2 year experienced on related in any field.
Good presentation & communication skills.
Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage as communicate to China supplier is required.
Aggressive and self-motivated personality and able work independently in a fast-pace environment.
Must be computer literate.
