  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Assist the Doctor in coordinating the patients’ consultation, including walk-in and appointments
  • Dispense medication as prescribed by the Doctor, ensuring the right medication and dosage are given out with correct instructions to the patients
  • Assist the Doctor in the medical screening requirements.
  • Assist on handling day to day matters with panels.
  • Handle any walk in or telephone enquiry and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Organise the staff duty roster to ensure there is sufficient staffing based on the clinic operating hours.
  • Arrange for additional or replacement staff / locums as and when required
  • Assist in upkeep of the premise and ensure all the equipment are sterilised/sanitised after use.
  • Prepare invoices and assist in collections.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing for a Senior Clinic Assistant or minimum SPM / STPM for a Clinic Assistant
  • At least 1 year or more of working experience in a clinic
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
