Responsibilities: • Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp, email and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services • Dealing with customer concerns, through email, WhatsApp, phone • Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist • Develop relationships with customers • Creative sales activities to develop new customers database • Recording customer feedback • Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries • To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders. • To develop new potential customer / dealer. • To act as supporting role, to assist company achieve monthly sales target. • Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior. Requirement: • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required. • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required. • Good Interaction & Communication Skills • Independent, self- discipline and motivated • Positive mindset • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply • Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business/Science related. • Travel is not necessary for this sales position; it will be based in office. • Cold calling is not required. • Direct face-to-face interaction with customers is not needed.
