Information Technology Assistant

Job Summary The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of IT services, and supporting users with IT-related issues. Responsibilities - Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs - Ensure security and integrity of company's IT systems and data - Assist in the setup of new user accounts and workstations - Assist in technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues - Assist in installation and upgrade of software applications - Implement and manage security measures, including antivirus, anti-malware, and firewall systems Qualification - At least Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field - At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field ( Fresh Grad welcome to apply) - Understand of Network topologies, protocols, and services (e.g. ,TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) - Understanding of database concepts and management (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle) - Understanding of Microsoft Skill (e.g., Work, Power Point, Excel) - Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
