- Liaise with our warehouse & fulfilment team to ensure smooth item collection processes.
- Assist in arranging delivery services for customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality or hotel experience.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
