  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager, you will lead recruitment, manage benefits (life, health, dental), oversee performance appraisals, handle employee relations, and develop training programs. You will also manage Workday, payroll (via 3rd party), HR policy updates, and ensure compliance. Additional responsibilities include fostering employee engagement, managing grievances, conflict resolution, and driving organizational change.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
  • 5-8 years in HR, including leadership and cross-cultural team management
  • Manufacturing and foreign worker management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Workday experience is an advantage
