Job Description (JD)
- Develop a test plan & script based on business requirements/scenarios.
- Perform testing by the test plan.
- Involve in any testing activity and resolving issues related to data/setup/configuration.
- Liaise with internal or external parties to troubleshoot, resolve, and retest any issues reported.
- Ensure test results are reviewed and signed off by all stakeholders.
- Prepare/validate/review user-related materials where applicable.
- Attend to any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager/Project Owner.
Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)
- Require 2 – 6 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Consultant.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology, especially in the testing phase.
- Good analytical/problem-solving skills which can understand the business process, paint points and propose solutions.
- Familiar with System Documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Test Script/Plan, Data dictionary, ERD, Flowchart, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting user acceptance testing.
- Good to have but not mandatory:
- Knowledge and experience in banking-related systems.
- Knowledge and experience in Loan Origination system (LOS)
