Responsibilities
- Understand and navigate logistics operational procedures to collaborate effectively with the headquarters in China and facilitate the customs clearance process.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and transport services to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Keep track of all shipments and prepare all necessary documents and payments
- Work with the headquarters in China to resolve issues related to the Arrive-at-Port Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and support the aftersales team with the claims process.
- Address problems that arise during product shipments, promptly reporting them to the relevant department. Regularly compile and present various logistics management reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and implement logistics work plans, enhance logistics standards, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, customs clearance, transportation, and database management.
- Proficiency in Excel user skills; Preferably with experience in CRM, SAP, and/or other systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Result-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
