Responsibilities

  • Managing & providing overall sales & product knowledge support to the hair salons
  • Ensuring sales targets to be achieved by hair salons.
  • Monitoring the performance of the hair salons sales target and motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing hair industry updates to brand team.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness and sales.
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for trade & sales issues, complaints and day to day operational matters;
  • Meticulous in preparation of monthly reports and templates
  • Good communicator and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
  • Based in Klang Valley but required to cover Central, Northen, Sothern & East Malaysia if required.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the professional hair industry
  • Proven sales experience: sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
