MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide teachers training and trainings to Teachers. To provide teaching service. To fully support Centre Manager and conduct supervision role. Backup for Centre Manager’s role. Ensure Centre’s growth and goal to achieve. AREAS OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Always maintain high teaching quality with consistency. 2. Plan, supervise and implement programme in accordance to the Company’s policy and framework. 3. Responsible for all respect of classroom management and daily routine duties. 4. Monitor & supervise on hygienic, health & safety of children. 5. Ensuring learning environment must always clean, safe and organised. 6. Responsible to report children’s progress timely and improve children’s progress. 7. Love for children and help them to develop. 8. Responsible for children’s outcome under our care. 9. Report on children’s daily progress and develop their portfolio. 10. Build and maintain close partnership. 11. Compliance with any authority’s requirement and Company’s policy and procedures. 12. Be a team player and provide full collaborations. 13. To provide trainings and teachers training. 14. Acting as Centre Manager (CM) and pick up Centre Manager’s roles & responsibility during CM’s absence. 15. Assist to carry out market survey, and support centre’s sales, marketing, operations and administrative function. 16. Ensure centre’s system are robust, compliant and support current activities, regulatory requirement and future growth. Data and information provided must always be complete, accurate and on time. 17. Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met. 18. Lead and develop a highly motivated team full with positive energy, strong morale and goal-oriented. Excel a leader value and be a team player. 19. Scheduling, assigning and allocating relevant and appropriate resources for accomplishment. And also plans that minimize resistance. 20. Align and integrate the communications objectives of parents, students and team. 21. Monitoring, scheduling, recommending and assisting students for their replacement, improvements or any requirements. 22. Ensure improvements are carried out to develop children’s progress. 23. Consistent in carrying out continual improvement and assessing the best sourcing option by contributing towards Centre’s objectives and goals. 24. Provide prompt and excellence customer service on time, at least within 24 hours. 25. Always maintain good and close partnership with parents, community and organisations. 26. Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress of jobs assigned. 27. Internal reporting and other duties as assigned. 28. To undertake such duties, in line with the nature and responsibility of the post, as may be required.
