Job Description:

Looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with fresh product sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and target new sales opportunities in the fresh produce and retail sectors.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

•Promote and sell Nature First Harvest’s range of products, with a focus on mushrooms and fresh vegetables.

•Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.

•Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

•Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

•Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and product performance.

•Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.

•Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to clients.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fresh produce or FMCG sectors.

•Strong knowledge of the retail food market, especially in mushrooms or other fresh produce, is an advantage.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. independently and manage multiple tasks.
