Overview:
In your role as a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible in the risk assessment of company performance by analysing user profile & behaviour to ensure company interest are well protected from any suspicious & abnormal activities at the same time align with the strategy & planning of department & organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Performs Daily Task:
- Conduct analysis and provide solution & advice upon request through Microsoft Teams/Freshdesk/Email from others department: eg. Payment, CS, Marketing.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
- Tasks include but not limited to summary report & slide preparation assigned by superior.
2. Monitor & Identify Abnormal Trend from Data:
- To identify abnormal users based on their profile.
- To evaluate user behaviour by analysing transactional data.
- To review eligibility of bonus applicant.
- To monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required Language (s): English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, Report writing.
- Able to work in shift, irregular and weekends and public holidays.
