As a Junior Analyst, you will assist in the delivery of insights for our diverse business units, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage data processes, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. You will play a key role in supporting our data-driven decision-making efforts, with opportunities to broaden your career experience across different industries. This position offers a chance to grow technically while gaining valuable exposure in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.

You will :

  • Assist in data analysis tasks across various business units.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Perform data cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Set up tables for organizing and structuring data.
  • Support in data collection, processing, and interpretation to provide insights that inform decision-making.
  • Handle data management tasks, including organizing, storing, and maintaining data for easy access and retrieval.
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of processed data.
  • Resolve and address any quality issues raised by supervisors or clients.

You have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions, charts).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferable:

  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new tools.
