We’re looking for a talented Event Coordinator to join our team and help us execute flawless, engaging events for our clients worldwide.

Position Overview:

As an Event Coordinator at 4am Marketing, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing events for some of the most exciting blockchain projects globally. From securing booth spaces at major conferences to organizing community meetups, you’ll ensure every event runs seamlessly. Time management and strict adherence to deadlines will be essential as you juggle multiple projects, ensuring everything from logistics to branding is executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, branded materials, and on-site execution.
  • Liaise with event organizers to secure prime locations and ensure compliance with event requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships (venue managers, contractors, staffing agencies) and oversee event setup.
  • Recruit, schedule, and manage event staff to represent various crypto projects at each event.
  • Plan side events and meetups in various countries when no major crypto conferences are scheduled.
  • Ensure all event-related tasks are completed on time and according to plan.
  • Capture post-event feedback and provide performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content (photos, videos) for social media.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or management, preferably in large-scale or international events.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required to manage communications with global vendors and partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the crypto or blockchain space is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend and oversee events.
