Halal and Logistic Executive

Key Responsibilities: Halal Compliance: • Ensure all products, processes, and materials meet the requirements of Halal certification standards. • Liaise with Halal certification bodies and maintain updated certifications. • Implement and monitor Halal assurance systems, ensuring adherence to procedures. • Conduct internal audits to verify Halal compliance and make recommendations for improvements. • Provide Halal training to staff to raise awareness and ensure compliance throughout the company. • Manage all necessary documentation related to Halal certification, including supplier approvals and product traceability. Logistics Operations: • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of daily logistics operations. • Coordinate outbound delivery to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. • Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy, and liaise with warehouse personnel for efficient storage and retrieval. ________________________________________ Key Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field. • At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics and Halal certification management, preferably in the food industry. • Familiarity with Halal certification processes and regulatory requirements.
