  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Digital Marketing Intern

Tydie is building the fastest way to hire part-time housekeepers and commercial cleaners. We're looking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Intern to to help us establish and grow our online presence.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands on experience in digital marketing and develop a diverse skill set. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will receive comprehensive guidance and feedback throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing and communication strategies that align with our brand identity.
  • Assist in the creation and management of social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to enhance Tydie’s digital presence.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for multiple platforms and channels (infographics, videos, blogs, etc).
  • Assist email marketing efforts.
  • Edit videos for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Remaining flexible and responsive to additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in content creation and social media management.
  • Experience with graphic design software (Canva or equivalent).
  • Basic video editing skills is a bonus (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn.

Languages

  • Fluent English is essential, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a big plus.
