Responsibilities: • Engage & influence prospects using selling skills & INTI Program Counselling Methodologies to Jointly plan, record and execute events for assigned market/ territory/ region together with Team Leader, and ensure that campaign leads are keyed into CRM system • Handle Central Asia regions and proficient in Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, and Russian, allowing effective communication with students from Central Asia who are not fluent in English • Build good rapport with Regional Leaders and Agents in assigned market/territory/region • Work closely with Team Leader on each application and follow up until final enrolment, including looking into its challenges internally and externally • Be responsible to gather information and update team on from time to time • Plan, organize, execute and review promotional activities, events, exhibition, school visit & etc. independently, nurture and harvest applications to meet aligned sales target and KPIs • Ensure that promotional materials are prepared as needed before events/fairs • Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue • Identify promising prospects through cold‐calling, networking, and customer referrals
