Supermarket Executive (Bintulu)

1. Responsible for achievement of sales budget of assigned section, managing and ordering stocks. 2. Responsible for operation of the department, stocks arrangement, stocks display, stocks quality and stocks management. 3. To support Supermarket Manager in planning and execution of projects assigned by the company. 4. To collaborate with Supermarket Manager in managing good inventory and managing good inventory and maximize profitability. 5. Lead and coach team in the department from Sales Assistant post to Supervisor. Communicate and work together with Merchandising in discussing upon promotion stocks, stocks allocation and promotional area at store. 6. To maintain quality product levels, expiring, promotion items. 7. To obliged with company's Standard Operating Procedures. 8. Directs and manages all functions and activities of the Section. Helps to mange labor costs and reduce losses.
