Product Expert

1. The position requires expertise in Maleic Anhydride and good analytical skills. 2. To control the Oxidation reaction process which is highly exothermic and critical reaction 3. To control and monitor the process parameters and adjust based on the requirements i.e. process quality/final product quality etc. 4. To control the distillation section of crude Maleic anhydride with specialized skills i.e Azetropic distillation and crystallization process 5. To control and monitor the highly reactive residue squeezing /draining and converting as fuel and using fuel to avoid any scheduled waste generation 6. To oversee the steam network and distribution system 7. To meet the given production targets as per the budget 8. To control the raw material inputs Quantity and quality 9. To operate the distributed control systems and train the local staff 10. To act as an emergency commander in case of any crisis 11. To calculate the yield and energy balance in the system 12. To monitor and control all the pollution control systems 13. To train the local staff parallel on the job and also by taking classes in control room 14. To take care and ensure the safety system 15. To supervise all the maintenance activities carried out in the shift 16. To make alternate methods/systems to avoid process choking and process interruptions 17.Exprience working in Ester Plant.
