- Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders for projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries and manage inventory.

- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in project-related documentation.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably experience in the construction, glazing, or aluminum industry is an advantage but not required.
