1. Practice established procurement procedures. 2. Locate prospective suppliers and gather information about products to be purchased such as product specification, quantity and price quote. 3. Prepare purchase orders. 4. Perform buying duties when required. 5. Keep track and update purchase requisitions status and supplies activities. 6. Respond to questions about purchase requisition. 7. Track and ensure appropriate quality and quantity of goods is received. 8. Update inventory movement and maintain sufficient supply amount. 9. Perform stock count on a periodical basis. 10.
