Senior Account Executive

This role require candidate to prepare reports related to finance that will include AP, AR & also costing to achieve accurate and precise result.

Job Description

a) Responsible to handle fixed assets management, ensure fixed assets acquisition, disposal, transfer have been proper recorded and registered into system, timely capitalization of capital projects, reconciliation fixed assets activities, assign tag numbers to fixed assets and all fixed assets matter related.

b) Establish and maintain fixed assets policies and guidelines with adherence to internal control compliance.

c) Responsible to handle inventory management, ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly inventory reporting, related schedules and analysis inventory variance.

d) Responsible in preparing audit schedule for monthly closing and liaison with external auditors for the year-end audit works.

e) Responsible in preparing tax schedule and liaison with tax agents for the annual tax returns to LHDN.

f) Assist in Company’s AMP preparation such as CAPEX depreciation calculations.

g) To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirement

a) Degree in Accounting from recognized universities or Professional qualification such as ACCA/MICPA and member of MIA.

b) Experience of handling full set of account in commercial or audit firm for at least 3 years.

d) Experience accounting for Fixed Assets is preferred

e) Expert in Microsoft Office application.
