Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in Malaysia, fostering a collaborative and strategic partnership. 7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting procurement in the oil and gas sector within Malaysia. Qualifications: ... 1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. Proven experience IN vendor management, procurement or supply chain management. 3. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, best practices, and local regulations. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software. 7. Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
