What would you do?

  • Oversee Receivables Management department and overall end-to-end accounts receivables process within the company. Responsible for driving collections and timely billing, operating performance, aligning decision-making with the business's key performance indicators and providing direction for any issue resolution or process improvement.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to all customers (B2B, B2G, B2C).
  • Monitoring and collection of outstanding payments from customers.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of front-end revenue cycle work processes and outcomes.
  • Drive and maintain an optimal collection rate towards healthy cash inflow for the organization.
  • Drive negotiation on non-payment disputes with customers efficiently.
  • Drives efficiencies and cultivates high performance through coaching, mentoring, and
  • ongoing training and development.
  • Drive process improvements, and recommendations and update policies and procedures as and when needed.
  • Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.
  • Identify and implement impactful change through aligned structure, increase efficiency and valued metrics and ensure adherence to the deliverables required in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Identify gaps in the current process and make recommendations to mitigate revenue leakages and ensure strong cashflow management.
  • Cross division collaboration to resolve matters such as mitigating revenue leakages.
  • Ensure the proper process is in place and implemented on customers’ ageing monitoring to mitigate risk on debt write-off.
  • Ensure all Finance Operations activities are executed in line with the Operating Standards and Operating Procedures Manual (OS & OPM) while strictly complying with relevant internal controls and external regulations within the agreed SLA/Turnaround time.
  • Ensure month-end closing activities are performed within the timeline.
  • Establish a revenue assurance process to monitor and ensure no revenue leakages.

Who should join us?

  • Bachelor / Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or equivalent.
  • More than 10 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in driving Accounts Receivables management.
  • Strong leadership to set direction as well as adopting hands-on approach to resolve problems.
  • Critical thinking and proactive in problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration across division and stakeholder management.
  • Business partnering in any new business initiatives and provide solution and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cultivate a team mindset.
