About The ECommerce Department

About The ECommerce Department
ADA's eCommerce department optimizes brands’ presence and marketing performance on marketplaces and brand-owned eCommerce sites to deliver real business outcomes through innovative eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibility:
Ensure smooth warehouse operations & distribution covering receiving, delivery, returns & repacking activities complete with relevant system transactions
Key Task:
- Monitor & review Warehouse & Transporter fulfillment status.
- Raise Purchase Order to Supplier (based on buying details from Planner), coordinate (with Warehouse & Supplier) & track actual delivery & receiving. Any products not meeting expectations (physical, shelf life, etc) should be validated at the point of receiving & rejections to be made on the spot during offloading.
- Consolidate all Delivery Orders & Invoices for all deliveries and submit to Finance for payment. Update Inbound report to all stakeholders.
- Monitor & ensure all system transactions (receiving, delivery, returns, repacking activity) are updated & closed maximum 1 day after physical activity is completed.
- Prepare report for internal and external stakeholder.
- Compile and prepare MBR & QBR reports.
- 1-2 years experience in Warehouse Operations / Distributions / Logistics department in FMCG or Logistics Industry. Preferably with some exposure / experience / familiar with warehouse & logistics systems & transactions
- Proficiency in excel application (beyond normal sum/subtract/divide/multiply function)
- Possess good communication and problem solving skills;
- Comfortable managing huge amount of data
- Diligent & Proactive in follow ups to meet timelines & cutoffs
