  • Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues, ensuring seamless freight movement.
  • Conduct post-shipment follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve individual, team, and company objectives through dedicated performance.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Operations and international partners to optimize freight movement efficiency.
  • Minimum 3-5years work experience in a multinational company, preferably in the logistics, ocean forwarding, domestic and cross border transportation, semiconductor & technology.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language is a must.
  • Advance hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email.
