In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used in the production of rockwool insulation products. You will ensure that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the rockwool production process. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
