Job Description

1. Handle primarily Inbound Calls and at times Emails to assist customers complete their booking requirements, upsell products & ensure completion of payment.
2. Assist customer inquiries on product and services, bookings and all related terms and conditions as well as any other inquiries made by customers.
3. Handle all Calls and Emails professionally in compliance with the corporate quality standards set for agents.
4. Attend to customer's feedback on complaints & take necessary steps to escalate to relevant departments.
5. Maintain and improve quality results with updated and accurate information to respond to customers.
6. Manage & handle breakage experienced by customers by offering solutions and where necessary by escalating to senior members for solutions.
7. Ensure the completion of all other duties assigned by Supervisors/Team Leaders.

Job details;
1. 9am to 6pm shift rotation including weekends and public holidays.
2. 5-days work and 2 days Off (Off-day & Rest Day will be rostered)

Salary
1. Basic RM2500 + up to RM700 allowances.
