Job Summary:

The Employer Liaison Executive is responsible for generating new leads and maintaining relationships with potential and existing employers to support exhibition booth operations. The role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively promote the services and capabilities of the company to potential employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Sales representatives in this role need to have a deep understanding of the products or services they are promoting. They should be able to answer questions, highlight features and benefits, and address customer concerns effectively. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential. Salespeople should be able to deliver compelling pitches and demonstrations that capture the interest of potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with attendees at exhibitions and trade shows is crucial. Sales professionals need to approach potential customers, start conversations, and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Lead Generation: Exhibition sales roles often involve collecting contact information and generating leads from interested attendees. This information can be used for follow-up sales efforts after the event.
  • Booth Management: In many cases, sales representatives are responsible for managing the exhibition booth. This includes setting up the booth, arranging product displays, and ensuring it is attractive and inviting to visitors.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Sales professionals must be skilled negotiators and closers. They should be able to identify buying signals and close deals on the spot or arrange follow-up meetings.
  • Networking: Building relationships with other exhibitors, industry professionals, and potential partners can be valuable. Networking can lead to collaboration opportunities and a broader customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
