  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position : Collector, In House Recovery

Location : Wisma AmFirst, Kelana Jaya

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Monitor collections under officer own portfolio.
  • Perform recovery by negotiating with customers on repayment.
  • Propose repayment schedule.
  • To ensure KPI of account daily worked on and total number of proposal for repayment arrangement or settlement is met.
  • To ensure that all complaints or queries are attended and resolved within turnaround time.
  • Attend to customers’ complaint within the stipulated turn around time (TAT).
  • Attend walk in customers and customers queries through phone calls and e-mails on timely manner.
  • Upon Full Settlement of the facility ensure issuance of the Release Letter within TAT
  • Review and process settlement proposals.
  • Coordinate collections activities with the required units.
  • To review accounts and give instruction to proceed with Legal / Foreclosure action, KIV / Withdraw Repo, foreclosure /civil actions for RA accounts.
  • To comply with Regulatory Bodies & Regulations at all material time

Key Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or any related fields.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Good personality and communication
