JOB PURPOSE
- Work as a member of the non-core application support team, especially on MFRS17 and EDW application.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate resolving production issues and technical inquiries to provide first and second level support.
- Educate and advise business users as necessary to enable them to support themselves or resolve their issues.
- Comply with the company policies, procedures, and Software Development Life Cycle
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to -:
- Application deployment planning in partnership with Infrastructure team.
- Facilitate in Application Change Request implementation accordance with ISSD change management SOP.
- Following up Redmine helpdesk ticket status related to application.
- Produce necessary report on the supporting application whenever it is requested by superior / management / IT oversight.
- Engage and build rapport with other application BAU support team members and external vendor to deliver the result within SLA.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Academic
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Professional Experience
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year in IT software support.
- Experience working in Insurance/Takaful is an added advantage.
