Responsibilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system or electrical hardware issues for signal source products by applying sound electronic/RF engineering solutions. This includes improving products and processes to meet business objectives in sustaining and enhancing product cost, yield, and reliability.
- Capability to plan and collaborate with other parties, including contract manufacturers, to find alternate components, perform simple redesigns, and conduct evaluations. This involves applying changes to meet business objectives in sustaining and enhancing product cost, yield, and reliability.
- Opportunities for participation in new product introductions, including enabling prototyping, testing, and managing manufacturing transitions. This also involves influencing product design to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain, as well as managing ERP data such as bills of materials and routing.
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or equivalent
- Background with electronic/RF engineering is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross functional teams
