Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to formulate financial strategies for the organization. You should be comfortable managing large datasets, serving as a business partner and decision-maker, while delivering regular financial reports. This role is based in Damansara Perdana and Rawang.

What You'll Do:

1. Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing the Finance and Accounts Department, including providing support to other departments within the Group.
2. Handling routine/daily operation financial and accounting matters
3. Review and analyze all financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Lead the preparation, updating, and continuous improvement of the product costing system.
5. Prepare the group consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
6. Develop and present management accounts, financial reports, and ad-hoc analysis as required by the management.
7. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including liaising with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and tax agents.
8. Ensure timely submission of government statutory reports, including reports to MIDA, Custom Office, Bank Negara, etc.
9. Plan, coordinate, and provide guidance to finance team members on daily financial and administrative matters.
10. Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the management.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
2. MIA certification and ACCA qualification will be considered an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
4. Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with other financial software is a plus.
6. Independent, mature, and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
