  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the data analysis needs of MIS, Reporting & Data Analytic Section, Branch Management Department by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data. The position involves creating insightful reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and assisting management with data-driven decision-making.

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Management Information Systems (MIS) to support the Branch Management Department.
  • Analyze data to support the creation of insights and reports as needed for decision making.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and fulfill their data requirements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to improve data quality.
  • Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports, build up dashboard for management and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor data accuracy and integrity in databases and reporting systems.
  • Support the creation of policies and procedures for data collection and analysis.
  • Provide training and support to staff on MIS and data-related tools and processes.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and MIS.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Management Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data analysis and management information systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar is a plus.
