Warehouse Manager, Scommerce (Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)

-Monitoring of tasks and duties on each functional area -Ensure procedures, compliance and regulations are enforced -Dispute resolution within and outside the team -Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance -Continuously improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction -Evaluate the warehouse process and come-up for improvement -Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews Requirements: -Legally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirements -More than 10 years experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, courier services industry or similar capacity. -Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility. -Proven analytical skills and operational management skills. -Attention to detail in Productivity Management. -Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English. -Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment. -Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
