  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

With our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, our multidisciplinary team is seeking an

Senior Clerk Of Works with minimum 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

  • To check Architectural, Interior Design, Structural and M&E drawings and coordinate with the consultant and contractors to ensure there are no discrepancies
  • To check and monitor setting out of the works
  • To monitor the coordination of mechanical and electrical services, structure and specialist works with the architectural works
  • To inspect and verify that Architectural and Interior Design works are in compliance with the contract drawings and specifications
  • To attend all site meetings

Requirements

  • Diploma in Architecture recognised by the Board of Architects, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Commercial/Retail/Hospital projects
  • Knowledgeable with inspection and quality assurance procedures, coordination of construction documentation and drawings and reporting, computer literate as well as statutory requirements for CCC.
